Job summary

Brickworks Building Products is seeking an experienced Sales Representative for our Caloundra, Queensland team. You will represent and sell Brickworks products within the commercial segment, driving growth and managing key customer accounts.

Reporting to the QLD Commercial Sales Manager, you will develop territory plans, meet sales targets, and provide customers with product information and market insights. Experience with Salesforce and strong relationship skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience in a sales role, preferably in a B2B environment.
• Knowledge of building products, construction, or related industries.
• Strong understanding of the sales process and customer relationship management.
• Experience managing and growing customer accounts, and CRM use (Salesforce preferred).
• Excellent customer service, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth through proactive account management and business development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Identify, secure, and grow new business opportunities within your territory.
• Develop and execute territory sales plans to achieve sales targets.
• Meet budget targets for sales volume, revenue, and profitability.
• Provide customers with product information, pricing updates, and market insights.
• Support the launch and promotion of new products.
• Maintain accurate customer records and activities within Salesforce CRM.
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
