Job description

We specialise in harnessing the power of Microsoft technologies — including Azure, Microsoft 365, and Copilot — to empower organisations and their people.

We’re looking for a candidate to lead the design, delivery, and continuous improvement of secure, scalable, and maintainable integration solutions on Microsoft Azure. The role combines technical depth, people leadership, and process excellence to achieve lasting business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end solution delivery on Azure (Functions, Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, SQL, AI Foundry, Event Grid, Event Hubs).
• Architect integration patterns (event-driven, messaging, APIs, data) aligned to business goals and non-functional requirements.
• Embed observability and reliability (Application Insights, Log Analytics, automated testing, CI/CD, IaC with Bicep/Terraform).
• Apply secure-by-design practices (identity, secrets, data protection) leveraging Entra ID, Key Vault, OAuth2/OpenID Connect.
• Introduce and scale AI-driven practices: prompt engineering, responsible AI adoption, Copilot-assisted development, and reusable accelerators.

Process

• Shape delivery approaches that balance agility, governance, and repeatability.
• Champion DevOps and FinOps excellence: right-sizing, caching, cost awareness, and deployment automation.
• Create technical designs, roadmaps, and reusable assets that uplift capability across projects and squads.
• Proactively manage risks, trade-offs, and delivery challenges with transparency and structured communication.

People

• Act as primary technical lead with customers and senior stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable technical roadmaps.
• Mentor engineers through code reviews, pairing, and knowledge-sharing — raising standards for testing, security, and documentation.
• Foster a culture of psychological safety, inclusive collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Help teams adopt agentic development practices responsibly, balancing speed with governance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to Azure AI Foundry, AI-driven development practices, and GitHub Copilot in delivery contexts.
• Microsoft certifications (AZ-204, AZ-400, AZ-305).
• Hands-on with containers and orchestration (Docker, AKS).
• Experience with data/messaging at scale (Event Hubs, streaming).
• Familiarity with responsible AI practices, code generation, and automation accelerators.
