Job summary

Truyu, a venture within x15ventures, is seeking a Software Engineer to contribute to high-quality applications across the full tech stack, collaborating with engineers and product teams to scale the digital protection product.

You will design and build backend systems on Azure, implement IaC, and participate in CI/CD, code reviews and engineering discussions to drive reliable, secure software loved by customers.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of software development experience in start-up or fast-paced environments.
• Backend-focused with TypeScript, Node.js and PostgreSQL experience.
• Experience building and operating cloud-based apps, preferably in Azure and IaC.
• Familiar with front-end tech such as React and React Native.
• Delivery-focused, collaborative, with willingness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test and maintain reliable, secure backend software at scale.
• Build, manage and evolve Azure cloud infrastructure using IaC.
• Use and contribute to CI/CD pipelines for apps and cloud infra.
• Improve reliability and observability of production systems.
• Contribute to design and implementation of solutions for functional and non-functional requirements.
• Develop AI-enabled engineering systems to improve our software.
• Collaborate with engineers, product managers and teams to meet objectives.
• Participate in code reviews, pair programming and engineering discussions.
• Follow technology standards and safe operations policies.
