Job summary

ZSoft Technologies Pty Ltd in Canberra seeks a hands-on Senior Azure DevSecOps / Platform Engineer to establish a secure, automated engineering foundation for Power Platform and Azure PaaS delivery. You will build and improve enterprise pipelines, implement IaC/CaC, and enforce security gates across environments.

You will drive SAST/DAST tests, secret management, monitoring, and deployment validation, and produce operational docs for cross-team use.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building enterprise delivery pipelines and controls.
• Strong expertise with Azure DevOps, YAML pipelines, and CI/CD.
• Proficiency in IaC tools (Bicep/Terraform) and secrets management.
• Experience with SAST/DAST, security tooling and monitoring.
• Ability to configure and enforce governance across Dev, Test, and Production environments.

Responsibilities

• Establish and configure Azure DevOps delivery capability.
• Develop reusable CI/CD and YAML pipelines.
• Implement Infrastructure as Code and Configuration as Code.
• Establish controlled promotion across Dev, Test, UAT and Production.
• Integrate automated testing, security scanning and quality gates.
• Implement SAST/DAST and dependency/security scanning.
• Configure secrets and configuration management.
• Implement monitoring, diagnostics and deployment validation.
• Establish rollback/recovery patterns.
• Develop reusable engineering and deployment templates.
• Support releases and troubleshoot pipeline/environment issues.
• Produce operational documentation and transfer knowledge to teams.
