Manila Recruitment is seeking an experienced DevOps & Platform Operations Engineer to ensure secure deployment, monitoring, backups, and reliable production systems. You will manage deployments, troubleshoot issues, and drive incident responses while collaborating with product and development teams.

The role emphasizes cloud infrastructure, platform reliability, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced environment within Australia.

Qualifications

• 5+ years hands-on experience in DevOps/Platform Operations or similar roles.
• Strong Microsoft Azure expertise including infrastructure, monitoring, networking, security.
• Experience with Git/GitHub, CI/CD, Docker, and production deployments.
• Scripting with Python, Bash or PowerShell.

Responsibilities

• Manage production and staging cloud/server infrastructure, DNS, and SSL certs.
• Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated deployments.
• Implement monitoring and alerting for platform health and performance.
• Lead incident response and root-cause analysis.
• Oversee backup, disaster recovery procedures and DR testing.
• Enforce cloud and application security best practices.
