Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Lead DevOps, Principal DevOps or Platform Engineer.
• Strong background building and optimising CI/CD pipelines in complex environments.
• Experience leading technical teams and mentoring engineers.
• Expertise across DevOps tooling, automation frameworks and integration platforms.
• Strong understanding of observability, monitoring and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Leading DevOps and CI/CD engineering initiatives across a critical enterprise program.
• Driving automation, platform optimisation and software delivery improvements.
• Providing technical leadership and mentoring to engineers across multiple teams.
• Improving security, governance and operational resilience throughout the software delivery lifecycle.
• Designing and implementing scalable integration and deployment frameworks.
• Collaborating with development, security and infrastructure teams to deliver best-practice engineering outcomes.
