• Security Clearance: Existing AGSVA NV1 or able to obtain
• Estimated start date: Monday, 09 November 2026

We are seeking an experienced Lead / Senior Data Engineer for one of our federal government department client.

This is an excellent opportunity for a senior data engineering professional to work across modern Azure and Databricks data platforms, delivering large-scale data ingestion, transformation and analytics solutions in an Agile environment.

Key skills and experience:

• 5+ years’ experience as a Data Engineer
• Hands-on experience with Azure Data Factory and/or Databricks
• Strong experience with Spark, Parquet and/or Delta
• Experience across cloud data ingestion, storage, transformation and analytics
• Experience working with data lakes/lakehouses is highly desirable
• Strong communication, collaboration and leadership skills

Security clearance:

Candidates must hold a current NV1 security clearance, or be eligible and willing to obtain one. A Baseline clearance is required to commence.
