Job summary

Ahpra's Melbourne team is hiring a Systems Engineer - Cloud Infrastructure to balance ongoing operations with project delivery. You will manage Azure, Microsoft 365, and hybrid environments, deploying IaC and supporting cloud migrations in a large, regulated setting.

You bring strong Microsoft tech experience, Terraform, CI/CD, and security awareness, collaborating across teams while contributing to continuous improvement and on-call rotations. Hybrid work available in Melbourne.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with cloud and hybrid Microsoft environments.
• Experience deploying and maintaining ICT infrastructure at scale.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and CI/CD practices.
• Knowledge of Azure networking, patch and vulnerability management, and security.
• Excellent communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Administer and support Azure, Microsoft 365 and hybrid infrastructure.
• Optimise cloud resources, identity services, networking, patching and performance.
• Deploy and maintain Azure infra using IaC (Terraform) and CI/CD.
• Support cloud transformation and migration from on-prem to cloud.
• Provide Level 3 support and troubleshoot complex infra and cloud issues.
• Collaborate with security, applications and project teams to deliver outcomes.
