Job summary

Inlogik is seeking an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer in Melbourne to build and maintain our Azure infrastructure and automation. You will collaborate with development, QA, security and product teams to deliver reliable cloud solutions that align with business goals.

The role focuses on migration, monitoring, and automation, with emphasis on security and compliance, and a strong emphasis on performance optimization and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience with Azure cloud engineering and migration to cloud.
• Experience in monitoring cloud environments and performance optimization.
• Familiarity with Terraform, Bicep, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and scripting (PowerShell).
• Knowledge of security and compliance standards for cloud platforms.
• Experience with SQL Server and web service networking and storage.

Responsibilities

• Manage, enhance and monitor Azure environments to maximize value.
• Perform disaster recovery planning and platform automation.

Job Description

We have an exciting opening for an experienced Azure Cloud Engineer to join our team creating and maintaining infrastructure and automation solutions for our Azure environment.

You, an experienced Cloud Engineer will be results orientated, driven; capable on achieving desired outcomes that meet Inlogik operational standards, are effective and most importantly align with business requirements.

The day-to-day in this position may include but not limited to:

• Working closely with our Head of Cloud to assist in managing the migration of applications and infrastructure to the cloud.
• Assist in managing, enhancing and monitoring the environments to ensure maximum value.
• Performance Application Monitoring and Reporting.
• Engage in disaster recovery planning, capacity engineering, reliability improvement initiatives, configuration management and platform automation.
• Provide on-going support of hosted applications and infrastructure.
• Collaborating with the Development, QA, Security and Product teams

You will possess the following skills:

• Good understanding and experience with Azure.
• Prior application performance analysis and experience in managing, monitoring cloud platforms - Azure focused.
• Additionally you will posses good knowledge

  • Security and Compliance standards;
