Job summary

Indigitise Pty Ltd seeks a Senior Cloud DevOps Engineer to design, build and sustain secure Azure cloud platforms and automated delivery pipelines for enterprise-scale applications.

The role is hands-on and requires expertise in Azure platform engineering, Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, CI/CD automation, DevSecOps, observability and production support within a Federal Government environment.

Qualifications

• Five or more years of Azure platform engineering experience.
• Strong Azure Landing Zone, AKS and Azure Container Apps experience.
• Advanced Kubernetes, Docker and Helm knowledge.
• Strong Azure DevOps YAML and Terraform experience.
• Experience with container security and automated security scanning.
• Scripting skills using Python, Bash, Azure CLI or PowerShell.
• Strong Azure networking, Entra ID and RBAC experience.

Responsibilities

• Design and maintain secure Azure cloud and hybrid infrastructure.
• Support Azure Landing Zones, AKS and Azure Container Apps.
• Manage Kubernetes workloads, RBAC, secrets and persistent storage.
• Build Azure DevOps YAML and GitHub Actions CI/CD pipelines.
• Integrate security scanning into application delivery pipelines.
• Develop modular Terraform configurations and manage remote state.
• Implement GitOps deployment and rollback processes.
• Configure Azure monitoring, logging, networking and identity controls.
• Provide L2/L3 incident support and maintain technical documentation.
