Job summary

Westpac Group is seeking a Cloud DevOps Engineer to help deliver Azure infrastructure and cloud services within Enterprise Landing Zone patterns. You will work on the project delivery side, consuming the ELZ platform and reusable modules to build production-ready environments that scale with customer demand.

You’ll bridge platform capability and project delivery, applying IaC, automation, and cloud-native delivery practices in an Agile, hybrid work setting across the Australian financial

Qualifications

• 5+ years’ experience delivering Azure infrastructure in enterprise environments.
• Hands-on IaC and DevOps automation with Terraform (AzureRM/AzAPI).
• Strong troubleshooting across cloud, application and infrastructure services.
• Scripting with Bash/Python/JS or similar.
• Experience with Kubernetes and cloud-native delivery; GitOps/ArgoCD valued.
• Strong customer engagement and stakeholder alignment.
• Able to work in Agile delivery and continuously learn new cloud/automation approaches.

• Deliver Azure infrastructure and cloud services using ELZ patterns.

• Enable new cloud services and improve existing ones.
