Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) Australia is seeking an AWS Connect Technical Lead/Sr Engineer to drive enterprise-scale Amazon Connect programs in Sydney, Melbourne, or Brisbane. You will architect, implement, and operate sophisticated contact-center solutions leveraging Lex, Lambda, Kinesis, and secure identity patterns.

You will mentor engineers, shape delivery outcomes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and vendors to ensure resiliency, scalability and superb customer experience

Qualifications

• Experience leading Amazon Connect implementations in enterprise environments.
• Strong knowledge of Contact Flows, Lex, and CRM integration.
• Proven ability to design secure, scalable Connect architectures.

• Contact Flows, routing strategies, queues, profiles and customer journeys
• Amazon Lex bot integration and conversational AI design
• Connect APIs, Lambda integrations and event-driven architectures
• Contact Trace Records (CTR), Kinesis streaming and analytics integrations
• Amazon Connect security, SAML/SSO and identity integration patterns
• Workforce Management, Quality Management and Contact Lens capabilities
