Job summary

Peoplebank is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer specialising in AWS for a full-time role based in Melbourne CBD with hybrid work options.

You will build, deploy, and maintain AWS infrastructure, manage EC2/S3/VPC/RDS/Lambda/IAM, and drive IaC with Terraform or CloudFormation, while collaborating with DevOps and security teams.

This role offers the chance to optimise cloud resources, support CI/CD pipelines, and contribute to secure, scalable cloud solutions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in AWS cloud engineering or equivalent
• Experience designing, implementing and operating cloud infrastructure
• Strong understanding of networking, security, and IAM in AWS
• Proficient with IaC tools (Terraform or CloudFormation) and CI/CD pipelines
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a hybrid environment
