Job summary

• Lead, develop, and support a team of examination officers and Operations team.
• Build relationships across operations to foster security awareness and excellence.
• Review volume forecasts and determine staffing to meet demand.
• Collaborate with Operations, Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention and HR.
• Oversee RACA security program requirements and regulatory standards.
• Conduct audits and security assessments to verify procedures.
• Enhance, track, and report on key performance metrics.
