Job summary

Randstad is seeking a Risk Analyst to support the development, implementation and monitoring of the compliance framework within an insurance-industry context in Australia. Qualifications

1-3 years of experience in risk, compliance, governance or similar operational role (financial services preferred).
Foundational understanding of risk management principles.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail, capable of reviewing documentation and conducting gap analyses.
Excellent communication skills to clearly explain policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

Assist in the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of compliance and governance frameworks
Conduct compliance monitoring, reviews, and reporting
Support risk assessments and control testing activities
Help ensure regulatory obligations are identified, understood, and met
Provide general compliance advice to stakeholders and elevate issues
Contribute to policy development, procedure updates, and training materials
