Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Commitment to evidence-based, person-centred clinical practice.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to travel for community-based appointments.
• Current driver’s licence.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive Speech Pathology assessments and develop individualised treatment plans.
• Provide evidence-based intervention for communication and swallowing disorders.
• Support clients across paediatric, adult, disability and aged care services.
• Undertake swallowing assessments and provide appropriate clinical recommendations within your scope of practice.
• Collaborate with families, carers, educators and multidisciplinary healthcare professionals.
• Monitor client progress and adapt therapy programs to achieve individual goals.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to high-quality service delivery.
• Participate in professional development, clinical discussions and team collaboration.
• Contribute to the ongoing development of Speech Pathology services, aligned with your experience and interests.
