Whether you’re an experienced Speech Pathologist looking for greater autonomy or a graduate ready to build your career in a supportive clinical environment, this is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while enjoying genuine work-life balance.

With approximately 40 team members across allied health, administration and therapy support, the practice has developed a collaborative, welcoming culture where clinicians are encouraged to learn, grow and pursue their individual clinical interests.

  • Maintain accurate clinical documentation and contribute to high-quality service delivery.
  • Participate in professional development, clinical discussions and team collaboration.
  • Contribute to the ongoing development of Speech Pathology services, aligned with your experience and interests.
About You

We’re looking for a Speech Pathologist who is passionate about making a difference and values a supportive, collaborative working environment.

To be successful, you’ll bring:
  • A Bachelor of Speech Pathology or equivalent recognised qualification.
  • Eligibility for membership with Speech Pathology Australia and its Professional Self‑Regulation program.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to evidence-based, person‑centred clinical practice.
