NSW Health in the Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Nurse Practitioner for the Aged Care Outreach Service in Bega. The role involves advanced nursing practice, autonomous care, and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams to bridge primary, acute, and specialist services.

You will lead in rural healthcare, deliver patient-centred care, and participate in professional development. Term: temporary full-time from 1 September 2026 to 30 June 2027 with competitive hourly remuneration

Formación

• Registered nurse with AHPRA; endorsed to practice as a Nurse Practitioner or working towards endorsement with 5 years post-graduate experience and at least 3 years in the relevant field.
• Ability to work independently and with multidisciplinary teams to deliver quality care.
• Strong clinical communication through IT, written and verbal skills, with professional interpersonal abilities.
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continuous professional development.

Responsabilidades
