You will lead projects from planning to delivery, manage budgets, procurement, and stakeholder engagement, and proactively identify risks while driving solutions with initiative. This role offers autonomy within a growing Newcastle practice and a clear path to greater responsibility as the business expands.

Qualifications

• Experience in client-side project management or for developers/assets owners.
• Proven ability to independently manage property and construction projects through delivery stages.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with clients, consultants and contractors at all levels.
• Proactive in identifying and managing project risks, resolving issues and keeping projects moving.
• Natural problem solver who investigates challenges and develops practical solutions.
• Strong commercial awareness and understanding of budgets, programmes and procurement.
• Motivated, adaptable and self-driven with ownership of work.
