Job summary

Catholic Healthcare is seeking an Occupational Therapist to work in Home and Community Care across Northern Sydney. The role involves visiting clients at home, conducting comprehensive OT assessments, enabling independence, and supporting reablement in the community.

You will collaborate with nurses, physiotherapists and allied health staff, manage equipment prescription, home modifications and care planning, and enjoy a flexible full- or part-time permanent arrangement with travel between

Qualifications

• Must hold Tertiary Qualification in Occupational Therapy.
• Current AHPRA registration is required.
• Experience in equipment prescription, home modifications and falls prevention is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Visit clients in their homes and conduct comprehensive OT assessments.
• Provide OT services and programs including home assessments and advice on activities of daily living.
• Develop and implement care plans that are person-centred and reablement-focused.
• Collaborate with wider allied health team and external agencies to arrange services and products.
