Job summary

Capricorn is seeking an Area Manager to develop business with Members and assigned Suppliers across your designated territory. You will connect Suppliers with Members, promote Capricorn products, services and events, and grow the value Members receive from their relationship with Capricorn.

This is a hands-on, field-based role with about 80% of time meeting Members, prospects and suppliers, and the balance on administration, follow-up, and reporting.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in business development, relationship management or high-level customer service.
• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and administration.

Responsibilities

• Develop business with existing Members and Suppliers while identifying new opportunities.
• Promote Capricorn products, services and events to Members and prospects.
• Travel regularly and manage a portfolio of approximately 350 Members.
