BCE Spatial Pty Ltd in Melbourne seeks an experienced Engineering Surveyor to manage projects from field to finish within an automated workflow. You will collaborate with architects, developers, and Tier 1/2 engineering firms on civil, infrastructure, mining and construction projects.

Based in Melbourne, you will work both in the field and office, employing advanced UAV LiDAR, mobile and terrestrial laser scanning, and GIS/data analysis to deliver precise set-outs and as-built surveys with

Qualifications

• Relevant surveying qualifications and/or significant industry experience.
• Strong experience in engineering and construction surveying.
• Excellent set-out and as-built surveying skills.
• Ability to read engineering and construction drawings.
• Experience with Trimble equipment and survey software is highly desirable.
• Strong 12d Model, Magnet or LisCAD experience is highly desirable.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Professional approach and commitment to delivering quality work.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects from field to finish within an automated workflow.
• Collaborate with clients including architects, developers, and engineers.
• Deliver geodetic, set-out and as-built surveys across civil and infrastructure.
• Utilise UAV LiDAR, mobile mapping and GIS data analysis in workflows.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
