Position Overview

As one of our Workshop Controllers, your day-to-day will have you allocating jobs to our technicians to ensure workflow efficiency and a high quality of work on our repairs. You will work with the technicians to troubleshoot problems and provide guidance and solutions on a variety of mechanical issues that arise daily. You will drive superior customer service and ensure customer satisfaction is at the core of everything you do while maintaining a high-functioning team. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous experience within the automotive industry, particularly senior technicians or supervisors.
