Job summary

carsales is seeking a SEM Specialist to drive PPC performance for a large portfolio of automotive dealer accounts. You will own end-to-end campaign management, including setup, optimisation, and client communications, while leveraging GA4, GTM and Merchant Centre to deliver measurable results.

You will work in a close-knit team with a culture recognised for flexibility and growth, and contribute to scalable processes using AI tools to improve efficiency.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Google Ads skills, including campaign structure, bidding strategies and various campaign types.
• Experience managing many accounts at once with prioritisation and organisation.
• Confidence presenting account reviews and explaining performance in plain language.

Responsibilities

• Manage a large portfolio of Google Ads accounts end to end, balancing performance and client needs.
• Build and structure campaigns across Search, Performance Max, Display, Shopping and related types.
• Optimise bidding, keywords, audiences, ad copy and budgets for each account.
• Identify underperforming accounts, diagnose causes and take corrective action.
• Present regular client reviews with clear insights and recommendations.
• Develop strong client relationships and be their go-to strategist.
• Onboard new clients with setup and tracking.
• Troubleshoot tracking, feed and delivery issues across GTM, GA4 and Merchant Centre.
• Find ways to scale work efficiently and improve team processes using AI tools.
