You will collaborate with suppliers and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, optimise performance and drive sourcing initiatives to keep our ranges innovative and competitive.

You are experienced in managing product lifecycles, supplier relationships and category performance, with strong analytical capability.

Qualifications

• Proven Product Management experience.
• Strong commercial acumen and category management capability.
• Experience sourcing products and managing suppliers.
• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
• Advanced analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing product lifecycles and range performance.
• Ability to interpret market trends and competitor activity.
• Strong problem-solving and strategic thinking skills.
• Experience with sales forecasting and business planning.
• Program/project management capability.
• Quality assurance and product compliance knowledge.
• Experience within automotive, industrial or technical products (preferred).
• MS Office proficiency (intermediate).

Responsibilities

• Grow Own Brand product performance and sales.

• Manage catalogue and product data accuracy.
• Deliver product training, technical information and sales support.
• Monitor market share and category performance metrics.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and supplier partners.
