Job summary

GPC Asia Pacific is seeking a detail‑oriented coordinator to manage category collateral and catalogue schedules in a fast‑paced environment. Reporting to the Merchandise Manager, you will ensure plans are rolled out on time and aligned with business objectives.

You will rely on data analysis, strong communication, and proficient Excel and MS Office skills to prepare reports and support internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Category, merchandise or buying exposure preferred.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.
• Excellent Excel and MS Office skills.
• Analytical mindset with data interpretation ability.
• Highly organized with attention to detail.
• Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.

Responsibilities

Play an integral part in the success of a major product category through the coordination of collateral / catalogue schedules that bring top results.

The role and you:

Playing an integral part in the coordination of category related collateral, this fast-paced role reports directly to a Merchandise Manager, and ensures that category/merchandise plans are rolled out to schedule.

You'll know you're the right person for the role if you have a resilient, tenacious personality, you thrive in a fast-paced role, and you love the challenge of meeting defined deadlines. Able to work with set objective and set information, and yet still be able to find a way around information that may sometimes seem ambiguous, you'll rely on your problem-solving skills, asking questions along the way.

The successful applicant will have:

• Category, merchandise or buying exposure, or a passion for developing a career in this area
• Strong communication skills and the ability to develop solid stakeholder relationships
• Well-developed excel skills, and good experience in all other Microsoft packages
• A love of data and ability to analyse information
• A keen eye for detail, and strong sense of logic
• Administrative prowess
• A natural ability to be organised
