Qualifications
- A minimum qualification in Certificate III in Automotive Electrical Technology is required.
- Dual-trade candidates with related qualifications are highly regarded.
- Hands-on industry experience in electrical installation, maintenance, fault finding, testing or commissioning.
- Interest in mentoring apprentices and guiding learners.
- No teaching experience required; willing to work in a structured setting with assessment and student support.
Responsibilities
- 36.25 hrs/week full-time covering teaching, preparation, marking and student support.
- Teaching time is typically 22 hrs/week, with up to 25 hrs by agreement.
- Prep and marking are included as part of your paid workload.
- Flexible start and finish times around teaching needs.
