TAFE NSW in Muswellbrook, NSW is seeking an Education Support Officer for Automotive (Light) on a permanent part-time basis (21 hours per week). The role delivers student support through enrolment assistance, course onboarding, and collaboration with teaching staff to ensure meaningful learning experiences.

You will help students develop practical automotive skills, enabling nationally recognised qualifications and improved employment prospects within the automotive sector.

Qualifications

• At minimum, a Certificate III in Automotive (Light) (or higher qualification).
• Background knowledge and qualifications in EV training (EV/ hybrid vehicle connect – reconnect minimum) desirable.
• Relevant post-qualification experience in the industry relevant to your qualification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to be proactive, self‑driven, and highly organised.

Responsabilités

• Support Automotive students as they begin their learning journey.
• Assist with the enrolment process and help students start in their course.
• Work closely with the teaching team to ensure a smooth and engaging experience.
• Encourage student engagement and connect with industry pathways.
