Job summary

XPT Software Australia is seeking an experienced Senior Automation Engineer to design and develop advanced automation frameworks using CodeCeptJS, Playwright, and Java Selenium. You will work with build tools like Maven or Gradle and maintain code in Git/Bitbucket, contributing to robust CI/CD automation.

Strong SDLC and Agile experience is required, with hands-on involvement in ALM/JIRA XRAY and CI/CD pipelines through Jenkins/Bamboo to integrate Selenium/UFT test suites with the tooling stack.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of automation testing experience.
• Strong knowledge of Playwright, CodeCeptJS and Java Selenium.
• Experience with Maven/Gradle and Git/Bitbucket for build and version control.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop advanced automation frameworks using CodeCeptJS, Playwright and Java Selenium.
• Maintain and extend test automation scripts with Maven/Gradle, Git/Bitbucket, and CI/CD integration.
• Collaborate in SDLC/Agile environments and integrate test suites with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins/Bamboo.

Should have expertise in design and development of advanced automation frameworks using CodeCeptJS, Playwright and Java Selenium. Experience of working with build automation tools such as Maven, Gradle etc and code maintenance using Git, Bitbucket etc.

Strong understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.

Hands on knowledge of ALM/JIRA XRAY and CICD Pipeline through Jenkins/Bamboo and should be able to integrate Selenium/UFT test suit with these tools.
