Job summary

Labourforce AUS is seeking Pick Packers for the Coles Automated Distribution Centre in Kemps Creek, Sydney, on Morning and PM shifts. You will work in a high-tech, safety-focused warehouse supporting one of Australia’s largest retailers.

You will operate voice-pick or pick-to-light systems, perform accurate picking and packing, and help maintain a clean, safe workspace. Training is provided and roster includes Monday to Saturday with early starts and varied hours.

Qualifications

• Previous Pick Packing or Warehouse experience highly regarded.
• Comfortable working with technology and automation systems.
• Physically fit – able to lift up to 25kg.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player.
• Committed to maintaining high safety and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Accurately picking and packing stock using voice-pick or pick-to-light systems.
• Replenishing and decanting stock into automated storage systems.
• Monitoring automated picking and replenishment equipment.
• Meeting daily performance and pick rate targets.
• Maintaining a clean, organised, and safe work area.
• Following all safety and quality standards at all times.
