A leading technology service provider is seeking an Automation Engineer for an international warehouse build-out project. The role focuses on troubleshooting and support, requiring 5-7 years of relevant experience, especially in warehouse automation. While Pharma experience is preferred, it is not mandatory. Competitive pay of up to $70/hr with expected overtime and some travel involved.

Client: Pharma
Contract: 6+ Months, expected until end of 2026
Pay Rate: Up to $70/hr.
Location: Clayton, NC

Job Details:

• M-F – OT Expected---60-80 hours a week possible
  • Initially 40 hours, as we get closer to equipment installation time will go up—end of Q1 2026.
• Some Travel is expected – Will try not but could be international to meet with vendors—passport required

  • Warehouse Automation experience required.

• 5-7 years of experience – but open – more years of experience is fine
• Design with be done by Corporate—this job is more focused on troubleshooting – not programming. Provide support/monitoring.
• Currently the warehouse is empty—expect installations to start EOY.
  • Once build out starts will be at the construction site
