Job summary

Core Talent is supporting an established food manufacturer in Ingleburn NSW to hire three trade-qualified Process Technicians (Mechanical/Electrical) for a brand-new automated packing line. Positions available across Day, Afternoon and Night shifts.

You will run the line, perform routine servicing, and troubleshoot faults to keep the line running at peak efficiency. You will manage alarms, set-ups, changeovers, and CCP/HACCP records while maintaining high food-safety standards.

Qualifications

• Trade-qualified with NSW Electrical Licence and dual-trade preferred.
• Experience troubleshooting automated packing machinery in FMCG.
• Ability to read mechanical/electrical schematics and service gear.

Responsibilities

• Hands-on operation of a high-speed automated packing line.
• Diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical faults; perform routine servicing.
• Maintain quality, food safety, and HACCP records; participate in line changeovers.
• Support preventive maintenance and drive line efficiency.
