WITRON Group in Kemps Creek, Sydney, is seeking a maintenance/automation-focused role to monitor, operate and troubleshoot faults in automated material handling equipment within a fast-paced production environment.

You will resolve machine faults using methodical problem-solving, work at heights up to 30 meters with strict safety procedures, and collaborate with the maintenance team to keep equipment in optimal condition while reporting anomalies.

Qualifications

• Commitment to safety, meticulous attention to detail, and effective problem-solving skills.
• Experience with FMCG is desirable.
• Have a genuine interest in automation and technology, coupled with a willingness to learn new concepts and procedures.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across different teams.
• Willingness and ability to work rotating shifts, including days, evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
• Ability to accurately identify colors such as red, blue, white, yellow, and green.
• Meet physical fitness requirements, including frequent walking, climbing, lifting up to 25kgs unassisted, and working at heights of up to 30 meters (with appropriate training and safety gear provided)

Responsabilités

• Monitor, operate, and troubleshoot faults in automated material handling equipment within a fast-paced production environment.
• Efficiently resolve machine faults using logical problem-solving techniques, even at heights of up to 30 meters while adhering to safety protocols.
• Utilize literacy, numeracy, and IT skills to interpret and maintain data and fault information accurately.
• Uphold high standards of housekeeping and hygiene.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure the machines remain in optimal condition and promptly report any anomalies.
• Strict adherence to safety guidelines to maintain a secure working environment for all staff.
• Contribute to and support the Witron team culture of collaboration and family.
