Repco, part of Genuine Parts Company, is hiring a Customer Sales & Service / Retail Assistant in Echuca, Victoria. The role focuses on safe, genuine service, supporting sales performance and keeping the showroom well merchandised.

You’ll assist with stock handling and work as a cooperative team member in a popular automotive aftermarket environment. No industry knowledge is required; training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated customer service experience.
• Ability to work as part of a team in a retail setting.
• Maintain engaging showroom displays and merchandising standards.
• Handle stock, receive and dispatch goods.
• Prioritise safety for yourself and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Put customers first with friendly service and product knowledge.
• Keep showroom neat and well presented to drive sales.
• Assist with stock processing including receiving, storing and dispatching items.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a positive store culture.
• Follow safety procedures during lifting, bending and climbing tasks.
