Job summary

Burson Automotive Hallam is seeking a motivated Parts Interpreter to join our experienced team on a full‑time, on‑site basis. You’ll deliver outstanding customer service, process inbound sales, and help customers find the right auto parts for European and other vehicles.

Training and support are provided in a fast‑paced environment with a focus on accuracy and teamwork. Previous auto parts exposure is a plus, but a genuine interest and strong phone manner will also help you succeed.

Qualifications

• A customer service champion.
• Experience or a passion for auto parts.
• Well presented.
• Great phone manner.
• Ability to influence & negotiate.
• Ability to translate technical problems to simple solutions.
• Background in European vehicles would be an advantage.
