Job summary

Repco is seeking a Retail Assistant (Customer Sales & Service) to enhance the in-store shopping experience for customers and support across phone and online channels. The role requires weekend availability with occasional weekday shifts, a strong customer service mindset, and willingness to assist with showroom and stock tasks.

Experience in automotive products or knowledge is preferred, but applications from those without industry knowledge will be considered.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service within a retail or trade environment.
• Automotive knowledge or prior experience in the automotive industry is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain showroom presentation & merchandising standards.
• Provide genuine service and create moments that matter with customers.
• Assist with stock processing: receive, dispatch & store.
• Contribute to a positive team culture and be an enthusiastic team member.
• Support customers in person, over the phone, and online.
• Follow safety practices to protect yourself and others.
