IM Partners in Adelaide is seeking a trade qualified Auto Electrician to service heavy vehicles and mobile plant at our SA workshop. The role covers 12V/24V fault finding, CAN bus diagnostics and repairs, with on-site support from diesel mechanics.

We offer permanent full-time work, day or afternoon shifts with loadings, overtime at penalty rates, in-house workshop, uniforms and PPE. Salary is $55 to $65 per hour plus super, with no FIFO.

Competenze

• Trade qualified Auto Electrician with experience on heavy vehicles or mobile plant.
• Proficient in 12V/24V electrical fault finding and repair.
• Experience with CAN bus diagnostics and reading wiring diagrams.
• Air conditioning licence an advantage but not essential.

IM Partners is recruiting on behalf of Jurkovic Group, a 100% South Australian owned group that has been operating for over 60 years. The group includes Adelaide Resource Recovery, Royal Park Salvage, Allied Waste and Jurkovic Cranes, and its in house maintenance team keeps a large fleet of trucks, earthmoving plant and processing equipment running from a fully equipped workshop at Wingfield.

The work

• 12V and 24V electrical fault finding and repair across trucks, earthmoving plant and processing equipment
• Starting, charging and lighting systems, wiring, sensors, switches and solenoids
• CAN bus diagnostics, fault code investigation and electronic controls
• Working alongside the diesel mechanics on faults that cross electrical, mechanical and hydraulic systems

What is on offer

• $55 to $65 per hour plus super ($108k to $128k base) depending on experience
• Permanent full time position with an immediate start available
• Day shift or afternoon shift, with shift loading paid on afternoons
• Overtime available at penalty rates
• Fully equipped in house workshop, uniform and PPE provided
• Long established SA owned business with a full workload and no FIFO

About you

• Trade qualified Auto Electrician
• Experience on heavy vehicles or mobile plant (transport, earthmoving, agricultural, waste or similar)
• Confident with electronic diagnostics and reading wiring diagrams
