Job summary

Emeco at Prominent Hill in South Australia is seeking Auto Electricians to diagnose faults, perform 12V/24V repairs and maintain heavy mining equipment. You’ll join a strong team and work a FIFO roster with safety as a priority.

Earn $146,000 - $180,000 per year based on experience, with full-time and casual options available and fortnightly pay. Emeco offers a gym and recreation facilities, plus career progression across Australia.

Qualifications

• Auto Electrician trade qualification is required.
• Nationally Recognised Air Conditioning Licence.
• Current Driver's Licence.
• Experience on heavy mining or earthmoving equipment.
• Strong fault-finding skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnosing electrical faults before everyone else starts guessing.
• Carrying out 12V & 24V electrical repairs, maintenance and upgrades.
• Keeping machines productive and downtime to a minimum.
• Working alongside a solid crew who know how to get the job done.
• Doing it all safely (because going home every swing is non-negotiable)
