Job summary

Autism Association of Western Australia is seeking Shared Residential Home Coordinators to join our Community Living Team on a permanent full-time basis in multiple locations across Perth Metro.

You will lead a team of Support Workers, liaise with families, therapists and other professionals, and ensure high-quality person-centred care in shared living homes. This frontline leadership role includes coaching responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and managing people in community services.
• Certificate, Diploma or Degree in the Community Services field.
• Extensive practical experience in community services and client care delivery.
• Proficient communication with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
• Experience engaging with families, clients and key stakeholders.
• Experience implementing person-centred support plans for people with disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Support Workers and oversee day-to-day operations.
• Coach and mentor staff to uphold high care standards.
• Engage with families, therapists, medical professionals and community stakeholders.
• Ensure personalised, client-centred care in shared living homes.
