Trideca is leading a major Auth0 implementation for a regulated enterprise in Australia. You will architect and stand up Auth0 tenancies across environments, define token services, and secure each tenancy with robust CI/CD as code.

You will own the migration path from Okta to Auth0, coordinate with API and mobile squads, and ensure a seamless cutover with minimal live traffic impact. This role requires senior technical leadership in identity platforms.

About the opportunity

Trideca is delivering the implementation phase of a large customer identity transformation for one of Australia's best known regulated enterprises. The program moves customer identity from Okta to Auth0 across web, mobile, API and IVR channels, serving millions of customers. Design is complete, and the Auth0 platform is now ready to be built. That means tenancies, token services, security configuration and CI/CD. We are looking for an Identity Platform Lead who has built Auth0 at enterprise, customer scale before and can lead that build from the first day.

What you will do

• You will design and stand up Auth0 tenancies across development, test, staging and production.
• You will build the token issuance and validation services and define the token and session architecture for every channel.
• You will set the WAF rules, rate limiting and security hardening around each tenancy, and build a CI/CD pipeline that deploys Auth0 configuration as code.
• You will also define a blue/green cutover approach so the new Auth0 flows can run alongside Okta without disrupting live traffic.
• You will own the technical migration path from Okta to Auth0, including how existing sessions and credentials move across.
• You will work closely with the established API, iOS and Android squads to define the contract each channel builds against, and make sure machine to machine traffic stays correctly scoped on Okta during the transition.
• You will be the senior technical voice on identity. That means resolving the remaining platform level questions, making the key technical calls, documenting the build so it can be operated and extended after handover, and raising go live risk early, given that some cutover changes cannot be rolled back.

What you bring

• You have stood up Auth0 tenancies at enterprise, customer facing scale, not only integrated applications against an existing tenancy.
• You have migrated an identity platform from Okta or a comparable enterprise IAM product to Auth0.
• You know OAuth2, OIDC, token services and Auth0 Actions in depth from hands on work.
• You have defined WAF and security configuration for a customer identity platform, and applied Terraform or an equivalent infrastructure as code tool to identity configuration.
• You work well in ambiguity and can find the questions nobody has asked yet.
• Experience in financial services, healthcare or another regulated industry is highly regarded.

What success looks like

A working Auth0 authorizer in a lower environment that unblocks API testing. Clear, documented ownership of the identity platform. A pipeline that deploys Auth0 configuration reliably and repeatably. A cutover plan in which outage and rollback risk is understood and mitigated. Delivery squads building against a stable, tested platform rather than mocked outputs.
