Candidates will oversee food, beverage, and customer service operations while managing a diverse team. Whether you have been a senior management team member or have supervised a small F&B team, we are looking for leaders with a variety of experience levels:
The Positions:
Lead and inspire a diverse team across food, beverage, and customer service operations
Ensure smooth, efficient, and safe day-to-day service delivery across your assigned area, while maintaining high standards of food safety, hygiene, and customer experience
Coach, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve performance goals, resolving issues calmly and professionally in a fast-paced environment
Liaise with stakeholders and other event departments to ensure cohesive service
Monitor stock levels, operational issues, and team scheduling needs
The Person:
Proven experience in a hospitality management setting, with a track record of successfully leading teams.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, and ability to work effectively under pressure, managing multiple priorities.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.

Interviews will take place at onsite recruitment days at Melbourne Park, or via Teams throughout August and September 2025.
All Australian Open roles are casual contracts that will commence Monday 6th October unless otherwise communicated. Shifts may be rostered across weekdays, weekends, and public holidays and paid in accordance with the Hospitality Industry Award. All onboarding and training will be provided prior to commencement.
