Job summary

Recruitometry is seeking an experienced Immigration Lawyer to support end-to-end processing of Australian migration matters. The role focuses on backend processing, documentation, and ensuring compliance, with limited client-facing duties.

You will prepare, lodge, and monitor visas, review documents, conduct legal research, and work with lawyers and migration agents to maintain accurate case files and high-quality outcomes. A LPC or RMA is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

Experience in Australian migration matters preferred.
Backend processing and case management experience.
Strong attention to detail and compliance.
Ability to work with lawyers and migration agents.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
RMA or LPC preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Manage backend processing of migration applications from preparation through lodgement and finalisation.
Review client information and documentation for completeness and compliance.
Prepare and compile visa applications, forms, and supporting documentation.
Conduct research into migration legislation, regulations, policies, and visa requirements.
Monitor deadlines and requests for information; liaise with authorities and teams.
Maintain accurate case files and records; ensure standards of quality and confidentiality.
Collaborate with lawyers, migration agents, and administrative staff to ensure efficient case management.
Assist with complex migration matters and contribute to process improvements.
