Qualifications

• First Class Honours or equivalent (GPA 6.0/7.0 or WAM 80+).
• Experience in consulting or an adjacent industry.
• Analytical and problem-solving capability with strong client-facing aptitude.

Responsibilities

• Analyse data and map processes to identify opportunities for operational improvement.
• Support the design and delivery of workstreams under the guidance of senior colleagues.
• Work on site in Australia locations, reviewing progress and solving problems to improve performance.
• Create clear, data-driven stories for stakeholders and remove blockers to progress.
• Support delivery and resourcing plans to keep workstreams on track.
• Identify opportunities for future work within your client area.
