The role of Australia and Asia Pacific Talent Development Manager is a dual responsibility for defining, designing, guiding, and implementing Ferrero’s talent processes within Australia’s Business Unit and Plant (50%), and leading key Ferrero Asia Pacific Regional Talent and Learning processes and activities (50%).
This role involves collaboration with multiple functional stakeholders and other People & Organization (P&O) teams to ensure effective processes in performance evaluation, competency modeling, career development frameworks, coaching and mentoring programs, talent acquisition, and more.
