About the Role:

The role of Australia and Asia Pacific Talent Development Manager is a dual responsibility for defining, designing, guiding, and implementing Ferrero’s talent processes within Australia’s Business Unit and Plant (50%), and leading key Ferrero Asia Pacific Regional Talent and Learning processes and activities (50%).

This role involves collaboration with multiple functional stakeholders and other People & Organization (P&O) teams to ensure effective processes in performance evaluation, competency modeling, career development frameworks, coaching and mentoring programs, talent acquisition, and more.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the Asia Pacific touchpoint with HQ for learning matters and execution
  • Manage Ferrero Group and Asia Pacific’s Coaching and Mentoring program framework, ensuring local delivery and guidance
  • Participate in periodic Asia Pacific talent and learning projects
  • Define and guide Ferrero talent management and learning processes
  • Implement, guide, and monitor performance evaluation processes and results, supporting HR digitalization (Performance, Feedback, Forward) in collaboration with other P&O teams
  • Develop and implement training and learning solutions for employees and managers for effective development planning
  • Manage Ferrero Career Development Framework and support local cascading
  • Build and implement Ferrero’s competency model by function and level, in partnership with P&O teams and external partners
  • Create training and accreditation processes to ensure correct understanding and implementation of learning, coaching, and mentoring
  • Provide an overview of development plans for job families and cross-functional talent needs
  • Ensure accurate performance analysis using relevant KPIs (Dashboard)
  • Facilitate talent discussions and support HRBP in talent topics with line managers
  • Define, implement, and guide program formats and execution
  • Support training for P&O and line managers to optimize their roles in employee lifecycle processes
  • Promote effective communication and cascading through line managers to teams
  • Support Employer Branding and Talent Acquisition activities
  • Stay informed of market trends and introduce innovative ideas and approaches
  • Implement and monitor platforms supporting digitalization of Talent and Learning processes
Who we are looking for:
  • University degree in Human Resources, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing learning strategies, performance evaluation, competency models, preferably in a multinational, matrix organization
  • Experience managing career development frameworks and coaching/mentoring programs
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives
  • High process management ability, adaptability, flexibility, and a hands-on approach
  • Analytical skills for interpreting and utilizing KPIs for performance analysis
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
  • Open-mindedness, agility, and ability to work in a fast-changing environment
  • Understanding of HR digitalization and platform usage experience
  • Advanced MS Office skills; SAP knowledge is a plus
