Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Aurion Technical Specialist to join a major Federal Government department. The role focuses on enhancing and supporting Aurion HR and Payroll capabilities, with work locations listed as Canberra / Hybrid / Remote.

The position includes security clearance at Baseline level and an estimated start date in late 2026. You will work across BAU support and system enhancements, partnering with HR, Payroll, ICT teams and vendors to deliver fit-for-purpose Aurion solutions

Qualifications

• Experience with Aurion HR/Payroll modules and administration.
• Proven ability to implement and support HR/payroll solutions.
• Strong skills in automation and data migration with Aurion.

• Manage Payroll, Core HR, Leave, Timekeeper, Security & Workflow modules.
• Lead data migration, remediation, reconciliation and integrations.
