Job summary

HLB Mann Judd in Sydney’s Barangaroo office is seeking an experienced Audit Manager to lead our Assurance Division. You will oversee a diverse client portfolio, manage engagements from planning to completion, and coach junior staff while applying strong risk and commercial awareness.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA qualified and registered with relevant bodies.
• Demonstrated experience leading audit engagements.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Deliver assurance engagements across a diverse client portfolio.
• Project manage engagements from planning through to completion.
• Apply risk and commercial awareness, resilience and judgement.
• Manage engagement economics, budgets, resourcing and client relationships.
• Lead, coach and develop junior staff to improve capability.
• Research financial reporting and assurance knowledge for complex matters.
• Embrace technology to enhance service delivery and growth.
