Job summary

Amplifon is seeking a qualified Audiologist (QP) to join our Audiology Training Team. The role focuses on up-skilling practitioners through structured coaching, combining e-learning, virtual sessions, and in-person workshops to drive clinical excellence.

The ideal candidate will have at least one year of clinical experience, be a confident public speaker, and able to travel as required, with strong organisational and leadership capabilities. Join us to empower practitioners and shape futures.

Qualifications

• Qualified Practitioner (QP) Audiologist with a minimum of one year of clinical experience.
• Experience supervising university students and/or early-career audiologists.
• Demonstrated passion for training, coaching, and delivering service excellence.
• Confident public speaker.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Highly organised and deadline driven.
• Proven leader with the ability to deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured coaching programs to enhance practitioner performance and clinical excellence.
• Facilitate training through a blend of methodologies, including e-learning, virtual sessions, and in-person workshops.
• Lead induction programs to onboard new practitioners effectively.
• Administer on-job training.
• Create and update engaging training modules aligned with best practices and business needs.
• Support Interns and Overseas Trained Audiologists in their professional development and career progression.
