Job summary

Bloom Hearing Specialists in Newtown, Victoria, is seeking a passionate Audiologist to join our supportive team. You will assess hearing loss, deliver personalised care, and fit hearing devices to help clients reconnect with meaningful moments.

You will work Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 5:00pm, in a clinic that prioritises professional growth, excellent client care, and collaborative teamwork. Australian/New Zealand citizens or valid working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Current QP number and full membership with Audiology Australia (ASA) or AcAud.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assessing and diagnosing hearing loss using Bloom-approved audiological techniques.
• Delivering tailored hearing solutions and educating clients to make informed decisions about their hearing health.
• Supporting successful hearing outcomes through the recommendation and fitting of appropriate hearing devices.
• Building awareness of Bloom's services through local promotional and community engagement activities.
• Developing and maintaining strong referral partnerships with GPs, ENT specialists and other healthcare professionals.
• Contributing to the continued growth and success of the clinic while delivering exceptional client experiences.

The Opportunity

As an Audiologist, you'll play a vital role in helping clients achieve better hearing and improved quality of life through clinically excellent, personalised care.

Your responsibilities will include:
