Job summary

Attune in Australia is seeking a qualified Audiologist to join our team in Canberra. You will deliver Diagnostic Audiology services across adults and paediatrics, working with GPs and ENT colleagues to improve patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Qualified Practitioner status with Australian registration.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and recommendations.
• Perform diagnostic assessments: PTA, tympanometry, reflex testing.

• Collaborate with GPs, ENTs and allied health professionals.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.
• Stay updated on audiology developments and tech.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive hearing assessments and recommend appropriate solutions.
• Performance of diagnostic assessments inclusive of Pure Tone Audiometry, Tympanometry and Auditory reflex testing.
• Provide exceptional patient care and counselling on hearing health to diverse patient groups inclusive of Adult Rehab and Pediatrics.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best possible outcome for patients while maintaining strong rapport with local GPs, ENTs and Allied Health Professionals.
• Stay updated on the latest developments in Audiology and hearing aid technology.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have Qualified Practitioner status
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong commitment to patient-centered care.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.
• Member of an Australian-approved professional body
• Relevant experience in adult hearing rehabilitation including conducting of hearing assessments, fitting of hearing devices and other ALDs.
• Previous experience in diagnostics for adults and paediatric will be highly regarded but not required. The successful candidate will be provided with appropriate training as part of skills development.
• A passion to serve clients for better hearing and wellness.
