Job summary

Little Zak's Academy in Auburn is seeking a caring Lunch Cover Educator to join our supportive team. This permanent part-time role provides 5-hour daily shifts, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, Monday to Friday, across the service.

You will support learning experiences, collaborate with colleagues, and maintain strong communication with families while upholding health and safety standards. A Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care and a current Working with Children Check are required.

Qualifications

• Certificate III in Early Childhood Education & Care is required.
• Current Working with Children Check is required.
• Knowledge of the National Quality Framework (NQF/NQS) and EYLF is desired.
• Ability to build authentic connections with children and families.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• First Aid Certificate or willingness to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Cover educator lunch breaks across the service.
• Facilitate learning experiences for your allocated group of children.
• Be part of a collaborative teaching environment.
• Maintain effective communication with parents throughout the service.
• Regularly monitor and evaluate program effectiveness.

Early Childhood Educator | Lunch Cover | Monday to Friday 5 Hours Per Day

We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Lunch Cover Educator to join our Auburnteam.

This is a permanent part-time position working Monday to Friday. The successful applicant will work 5-hour shifts, 10:00 am to 3:00 pm, subject to change depending on the operational needs of the service.
